Convict in Rajiv Gandhi Assassination Case, Robert Payas, Gets 30-day Parole

Incarcerated since August 16, 1991, Robert Payas, a Sri Lankan national, had come to India the previous year along with his wife and is serving life sentence along with six other convicts.
